Not sure if this is possible, but is there a way to have inventor display the fonts in the actual font the represent?  I always try to pick a font but without being able to see the font I have no idea what 99 percent of them are.

Where are you talking about?  In a drawing or part model?

In both while in the text editor, you can highlight the text, and change the fonts and it will show you this way what each one looks like.

That is a nice to have feature in other software I've used..

You can add your "idea" to the "Inventor Ideastation" if you wish..

sorry didnt mean to accept that as the answer but I mean in sketch when im adding text.  Yea I can highlight and change the text but id have to highlight and click through every single text option and thats not realistic when i have no idea what they are.

Ive seen in other software where itll show the list of font names in the font the represent, is there a way to do that?

As @mcgyvr  said, not currently.  Maybe you can place this suggestion in the Inventor IdeaStation

You might be able to do this through iLogic as another thought.

I just head over to C:Windows/Fonts and view the font previews there or open Word and browse the font list there if I want to see what the fonts look like without having to select each one..
