I have a Library file which requires an implicit save every single time. I have saved it in the library project and even if I save it in the assembly it is used in it still asks for an implicit update. I did the diagnostic command (open file, click on about Inventor, and press Ctrl + D). It has the 'Database Considered Dirty' checked as well as the box for 'File resolve (rule).' Does anyone have any clue how to resolve this? it's not affecting anything but my mind can't relax while this is happening.

I have made updates to the assembly model with a replacement part for the library file I was having the issue with. I get the same problem. It does not matter which project file is open. It does not matter if I only open this large bracket by itself or with the assembly. It ALWAYS wants an implicit update. No matter what changes I make and save the file, it keeps asking for the implicit update.

Here is the screenshot you asked for. I have worked here for over 6 years and never had a library file do this. I've always gone to the library project and save the file and that's always fixed issues with updates causing the requests for a save. The only thing different, recently, we just got new PCs and are now on Windows 11.

Hi! I am wondering if you uncheck "Include Library Files" option, will the fil- dirtying behavior be gone? Another possibility is that the library files are indeed dirtied. Please feel free to share the files that illustrate the behavior with me ([email protected]). I would like to take a look to understand the behavior better.
