DIN Standard

We have a print sent to us referencing DIN 13715.  We believe this is a documentation standard.  Does anyone know what DIN standard Inventor uses for completing an IDW?

Thanks!

In tools..application options..File tab.."Configure Default Templates" button you can pick from the following "Drawing Standards" ANSI, BSI, DIN, GB, GOST, ISO, JIS.

When you activate and use one of those standards there are some "comments" that show on the "available styles" tab of the Default Standard section in the style/standard manager..

For example..

As near as I can tell, Autodesk does not publish a list of ASME/ISO standards that its out-of-the-box drawing standards/templates meet.  I believe each user/company/CAD administrator is expected to customize the out-of-the-box standards/templates to match their own internal requirements.

Edited to add: it looks like a user can dig through the individual style library settings to find the driving industry standard, but Autodesk does not provide a list of styles and their driving industry standards in the on-line help file.

It looks like DIN/ISO 13715 covers allowable burrs, sharps, and other minor details on the edges of components.

See: https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#iso:std:iso:13715:ed-3:v1:en

I didn't buy the standard, so I don't know how if there are special symbols or other linework that needs to be added to the 2d drawing to comply with the standard.
