Hey I have a quick question in regards to creating dimensions for drawings in Inventor. I need to create dimensions such as the one showed in the picture provided. In this situation the the part is symmetrical so only half of it is shown. Therefore the dimension only requires one arrow. Is this possible in Inventor? Thanks.

This type of dimension is possible ONLY if you have a center line to dimension to.  Inventor will not calculate the diameter unless you use the center line as one point of the placed dimension.  In the case where you cannot place a center line by the bisector command, you must use the right click "Automatic Centerlines" command. Take a look at the screencast for the process.

Thank you for the clarification, even though it's not the answer I wanted to see only because I wish I could create these types of dimensions without having to go through all that trouble. I create drawings without making the 3D model so I can't use these types of dimensions at all.
