Derived part wont update

I have created a part derived from a base sketch with an odd shaped cutout in it. I have been back into the base sketch and changed the shape of the cutout slightly but the derived part will not update. Can someone please steer me in the right direction. Files attached - Inventor 2021

You have duplicate profiles in the derived sketch (Shifter_GEO).  Once I deleted the green profile (see below) from this sketch (and its projected elements in Sketch2), then re-projected the red profile into Sketch2, it works as expected.
