Default Template File Location

Strange new behavior when creating new files.  In both the startup screen and and open file, when I access the Create New File dialog box, it is looking in the wrong path for the template files, in fact a path that no longer exists, so I am getting no templates to choose from.

The Applications Options setting is pointing to the correct path.

Oddly, when I use the Create New Part, Create New Assembly, or Creat New Presentation shortcut, a template file does open, I don't know from where.  When I use Create New Drawing shortcut, I get the error that the template file does not exist, listing the path shown in the Create New File DB.

Any ideas?  Maybe this will inspite me to install the Inventor 17 I have sitting on my desk.

As @mdavis22569 pointed out..  The active project file you have is over-writing application options.  Check the folder option section of your active project and most likely its point to the Inventor 11 folder structure.

Thank you.  I have [Default] set as the template folder for all of my projects except this one, apparently.
