Removed white background with Gimp, still shows in Inventor.
Anyone run into this?

As far as I know a decal will show whatever background color is in the image file you take it from. It would really be nice if it blended with whatever color your part is,... as if it were transparent.

I haven't done it in a while but there is an option to "use mask" or something and Inventor will strip out the background color automatically. Note Inventor looks at the bottom right pixel color and uses that as the mask and will remove anything thats that color too.
Note to mention what image format are you using.. There are only a few that support transparent backgrounds. (png does, jpg does not,etc...)
