Dark Part appearance

I'm creating an assembly with parts copied from the content center. However, when I change the appearance on them to "Steel", one of the parts' appearance is much darker. I want to have it as light as the other parts, but can't seem to make it the same by applying the same materials & appearance. I have attached the files and posted some pictures below. Can anyone help me to get the correct appearance?

I don't know why but this happens somethimes.

You have to remove the material in the document and reassign it.
