Hi All,
I am having an issue with making transition piece. and I have attempted to resolve the issue myself, but have not been successful. if anyone suggest how the transition piece should be done?

To help you diagnose the problem, I have attached the part model.

Please let me know if there is any additional information required to resolve the issue.

Thank you for your help in advance.

Hi

Can you sketch your expected result?
Which exact edges are to be included? Internally or externally?
Please specify by sketch what exact shape you want to model.

What version are you working on?

It is not entirely clear why such a part is made on the basis of sheet metal.

Try to create the loft surface first, and then set the thickness.

Example made and saved in version 2021

Hi! I think Lofted Flange2 in your original file seems to be desirable. You just need to make a circular cut at the bottom. Is that what you were looking for?

Many thanks!
