Have you used any CAD software?
Are you a student or teacher?
Most Autodesk software is not free to unless you are a student..
You can get access to Fusion as a "hobbyist" though..
Or you can run 30 day demos of most of the software but 30 days may not be sufficient to become proficient..
I have no idea what the windtech software is but its likely very easy assuming you have used some sort of cad software before..
Why that specific machine/Software? job opening near you?

In that case I'd suggest the free version of Draftsight..

Its virtually identical to Autocad but its free
