Customer Error report

I had a crash on Friday, and received the autmated resonse requesting the files in question.  (customererrorreport@autodesk.com)
My response was bounced back because, "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly."

I tried sending it again this morning, and got the same response.

Anyone else having this issue?

I have crashes once in a while and while I used to send the reports, I have stopped sending them because like you said, they want files.  And, I can't send them for proprietary reasons.

So, with that said, thus is the reason I came up with the idea shown in the link below.  Being an ex-Solidworks user, and those that have used that software know of the RX tool.  Simply put, when a reoccurring problem caused the software to crash, one would start the RX tool and it would record the command sequence used.  This recorded file would be sent to the VAR and analyzed.  Thus getting to the root of the problem.  Often with out this tool, there was only speculation as to what may have caused the crash instead of knowing first hand.

Inventor currently does not have have a tool like this and sadly needs it.  So, here is the idea for your kudo vote.

Hello!

Following up on this one, the customererrorreport@autodesk.com is actually used for CER roundtrip notifications to inform customers of available patches/updates when a crash report is sent in.

This email box, while automated and not monitored as shown below recently reached its capacity and hence the bounceback error.
