Is there a way to load our old section makers when cutting sections through assemblies? I am not so fond of the ones that come per-loaded with Inventor. Oh this is in Inventor 2012.

i assume you are referring to the drawing environment?

what did your old ones look like?

they were 2 arrows instead of the one arrow that Inventor uses. And yes that would be the on the drawings themselves - model it is ok, have a few old timers that are wanting the drawings to look the same as they always have 🙂

use sketchedsymbol to draw your own.

Its worth asking the question like you did, but it looks like they will have to get over it. 🙂 Sorry we couldn't help. But yeah drawing symbols are your only option. Probably not worth the effort.
