Custom panel is missing

Someone made custom panels for us. But now for some reason mine is missing.

Does anyone have an idea how to put it back there?

Are these addins tools that are missing or panels with buttons for macros?

Can you send an image of what should be there or a better description of there functionality.

Check if your add-in is loaded/enabled under Tools (tab) > add-ins.
If the add-in is managed through the App Manager, you can also verify there to see if it's installed and up to date.
Make sure your developer created this extension for the current Inventor version (and update) you're using (Inventor 2022.?.?).
