Custom Material Library

Hi 

I couldn't find my custom material library ?

How I can Find it ?

To have access to the InventorMaterialLibrary.adsklib or custom .adsklib file.

The default location for the InventorMaterialLibrary is C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Inventor 20XX\Design Data\Materials. 

• If you ave moved the Design Data folder to a common location check to see that either the Project file under Folder Option has Design Data pointed to the new location. In the Application Option under Files make sure Design Data is pointed in the new location. 
• If you have a custom material library .adsklib file makes sure it's in the Design Data\Materials folder.

@lkirit2000  Open Windows explorer, navigate to the "C:" drive top level directory and type ".adsklib" in the search field. That will find any libraries on the C drive.. If you have other drives you may need to search them too..

Thanks for your response.

I found the library, that is from my older Inventor version design data.

Then I copied and placed in the current version 2021. folder .

Please see the image, but it still haven't appear in the inventor.

You need to edit the project file and include any additional libraries from the defaults.
