Crop issues

Hi, 

I need some assistance with cropping a point cloud. I have already selected the external area to be cropped, but I am having trouble changing it to the internal area. The drop-down box that allows me to make this change is not functioning properly, and it won't let me change it to internal. 

I've reset my inventor, but it still doesn't work.

What version of Inventor are you trying this on?  Would it be possible to share a screen shot of what you see in the drop down?

I'm working with Inventor 2023. 

 when I click onto the drop down box, it won't open to change the view.

Hi! If I recalled correctly, the Crop option is in the Point Cloud node in the browser -> right-click on it in the browser -> Properties. Another place to check is when you attach the Point Cloud. There should be an option button in the Open File dialog for Point Cloud. Click it to see the Crop options.
