Creation of New Layers - SOLVED (by me)

When I create a new layer, save it to the Style library, and then update copy it to my alternate template, it adds the layer below the line and NOT in alphabetical order. and if I add more than one new layer, it randomly decides which one will be below the line.

if you could provide the details of how you solved your issue then perhaps somebody in the future might benefit from it too.

After creating the new layer and switching to the alternate drawing with the different standard, click on the Available Styles tab, and then choose Layers from the left column. The new layer will be unchecked. Just check it and save and close and it will add the layer above the line in alphabetical order.
