Creating spiral path

I need to create a large pattern of holes, where the holes are spaced a couple millimeters apart and located on a spiral path starting on the outside of a disk and terminating at the center.

Can anyone tell me how such a spiral path is create in Inventor?

Thanks ahead.

Attach the *.ipt attempt you have made here.

I would do as a Coil surface feature and Curve Driven Pattern.

You have done what I would like.  Can you tell me how you created the 2D spiral?  It seems to me that Coil is for creating 3D spirals.

There is a Spiral Option in the Coil command.  Cerate your coil the way you want and then use the Rectangular Pattern command with the Curve Driven option.

See post #8 in this thread on a Helical example

but instead of Helix - select the Spiral option of Coil as shown in Mark's image above.
