Creating a sheet metal offset...

I am trying to find an easier way to produce a sheet metal offset as shown in the photo below.  Something that does not require sketching the offset and using contour flange.

Using Inventor pro 2015.

Can't tell if there is a curve or anything from your picture ...

 

However a face and 2 flanges should do it ..here is a quick example if there isn't a curve or anything to it...

 

(Not constrain'd ..just a quick example )

For a larger offset, this will work.  My problem is that I need to offset a material thickness or less using an inside radius of .03 (tooling radius). 

What do you think?

In the attached file - drag the red End of Folded marker down step-by-step.

 

You can right click Edit and reduce the radius of the BendRadius.
