I am not i understand you correctly or not.
If you want to show the dimension overthere, i think the available options is u can use constuction lines.
If you need to create the holes as per the dimension? go to sketch and use circular pattern.
I've made a 3D part, but I want to make a 2D drawing. When creating 2D I want to add a label that the distance between the hole using the angle to mm or inchi.how i can create this?
see attached for more clear ....
Hopes this will help u ....
Accept as solution, If u foud so....
How much Inventor training and/or experience do you have? Can you post a screen shot of the dimension as it looks now? I don't know what part of the dimension appearance is causing you a problem, so no idea how to advise you.
well, it's even easier than that: no need to create a sketch and center points. you can snap to the centers of the holes directly. by the way ; this works in model sketches also.
cheers

Are you asking how to create this as a 'sketch'? If so, you'll need to utilize construction lines to dimension the angle.
I've tried but could not. I attach the 3D part and DWG. and drawing what I want, maybe you can help me ...

2. Download/Save the file on the local machine
3. Open it by double clicking, associated application should open
4. Inside the zip there is a video file, double click on it to watch the video
