So, riddle me this:
Why is the modified date 7 years older than the create date??
The drawing is really an old drawing. Probably originally done in the early 2000's.
No real issue here. Just found this a little perplexing.

When you open and save a file in Inventor, it creates an "Old Versions" file for backup. I'm sure you knew this. I suspect that someone opened and looked at this drawing in August '21... made no changes, but saved and got out. Since on Old Versions file was generated, this became a New Version with that as the create date.
I'm not positive of this, so it would be great if someone like @johnsonshiue could verify,.... or tell me how wrong I am. 😂

Indeed. :). Possibly can happen if the date time stamps on the system is changed or someone modifies it intentionally using the 'touch' command or maybe the file was created in one time zone and copied to a machine in a different time zone? Normally, windows should be using the UTC time to keep track of things, but maybe something is going wrong.
Here's one of an image file from my system.
If you move a file into Vault then drag and drop (download) from Vault back into File Explorer the Creation Date will be set to that moment, whereas your last modified date will be kept the same as the last save:
Your Creation Date is probably just the time when your file instance was first brought to your local or network disk.
