Could not create a new shell

I'm making this mouse body as a homework and when I try to create the shell body it fails every time.

I tried creating the shell both before and after Split 5 but with the same results that being Error occurred during update.

I was able to create the shell at 1.3 mm after editing Form1 and tweaking the indicated corner to smooth it out a bit.

Thanks you. It wasn't just that (It also was that), it was also the fact that I confused the "Remove faces" as being remove non selected faces so yeah.
