Copying title block field text

I have my title blocks set up with prompted entries. Normally my drawings sets are 1-3 pages...I have approximately 6 lines of prompted entry text per sheet. Not the end of the world.

However, some of the sheet sets are larger (current drawing set is 13 sheets) and I find re-entering this text is pretty arduous. There should be a way to copy the whole title block completed sheet prompted text and all. It's be a lot quicker to go back in and edit the one or two attributes that need editing like sheet numbers etc than to enter all 6 lines on every sheet over and over.

Has this ever been addressed before?

I guess if you copy the sheet, paste it into a new .dwg/.idw file, you can then copy it from that sheet back into the first one and paste it as many times as you want and then go in to edit the prompted entries that need editing.

Oh. Brother.

Hi there

Have you considered using an iLogic form.

Create a few custom parameters.

link them to your Title block, (In place of the Prompted entries)

Then create a iLogic form to populate the fields.

These will progate to all the sheets.
