Copying excluded parts results in parts that cannot be excluded

I have an iAssembly with ~18 table rows. I needed to duplicate patterned parts with identical constraints to the existing parts, and wanted to minimize the number of constraints I would have to remake. Copying groups of parts copies the constraints between those parts as well.

In copying all of the parts I needed at once I copied excluded parts. I then constrained these parts and patterned them, added an include exclude column for the pattern, and excluded the pattern in various rows. Activating the members with the pattern excluded revealed that the copied parts were not excluded.

I've attached an assembly where I replicated this.

Is this a bug in the program? Intentional? Is there a setting I can change to make my parts recognize they are being excluded? The easy but frustrating fix is to redo my work without copying excluded components, but I'd prefer to be able to copy excluded components.

The bug supposed to be in ur program so try to re-install it and try later to download it only from official online shops.

Looks like I made my post too soon. After toggling between included and excluded the parts began behaving normally.
