Hi! The mesh model seems to come from scanned data. Inventor has limited ability to handle such data but it largely depends on what you want to do with it.
If you want to print it in 3D, you probably just use the mesh as is or maybe fix it up using MeshMixer to smoothen meshes. Please note that the mesh model you look in Inventor is exactly how it should look like. In some software, it may round the edges and faces to create an illusion of a nice looking model. Unfortunately, that is an illusion. This model consists of thousands of triangular mesh elements.
If you want to build a parameter-driven and feature based model in Inventor, you can use the mesh as a guide. Then with a few features, you should be able to get a model close to the mesh. Please note that the mesh is also an approximation of the original model. The Brep model you build in Inventor is the exact geometry to the approximated mesh. You will need to define your own tolerance.
