Convergence study taking long time

Hi Experts 

To do a convergence study, I set up the convergence setting as below. 

And clicked simulate. The screen is stuck like shown in the second image for nearly 1 hr. 

This is an assembly with 100-150 parts with a length of 10 M. Is it normal to take long time to do the convergence study ? or have I done something wrong ?

Hi! It is hard to tell just by looking at the number of components. The geometry matters the most. Try this. Go to the assembly and press Ctrl+F7. What is the total amount of edges? If it is less than 2000 edges, I would say the behavior seems wrong to me.
