Occasionally when I dimension lines within a sketch, they display themselves in a pretty obnoxious manner. I think this is related to how far zoomed in or out I am when I place them. For example, I placed one when zoomed pretty far out and it appears normal, but then I zoom in and it still keeps the excess of lines for the arrows like in the picture below. Is there a way to "normalize" these dimensions without completely redoing them, or is this done on purpose for a reason I'm unaware of?
are you in Inventor?
Yes, inventor 2018 professional
Are you starting out with a large sketch, zooming in and out..?
It shouldn't be like that ..
Can you share one?
Here's the file. I placed dimension when I was zoomed far our relative to the sketch, and when I zoom in it doesn't resize as I would expect it to.
