Context menu for select other entity issue

When multiple entities are stacked on top of each other in the drawing environment (.idw), say Entity 1 on top and Entity 2 underneath, you can use the 'Select Other' command to select Entity 2.  However, I'm not able to get to the context menu of Entity 2.  I can select Entity 2, but when I try to right-click on the stack to get to the context menu for Entity 2, it brings up the context menu for Entity 1.  If I right-click elsewhere while Entity 2 is selected, it de-selects Entity 2 and the context menu for clicking in empty space shows up.

How can I get to the context menu for a hidden entity when using Select Other?

In the part and assembly environment, once the hidden entity is selected using Select Other, you can right click elsewhere and the context menu for the selected entity appears.  But in the drawing environment, the selected entity is de-selected when you right click elsewhere.  Seems like a bug...

Keep CTRL pressed while you right-click aside, after "Select Other" already selected your entity.
