Content Center Libraries Configure "In Use" Unavailable

Hello,

I have successfully imported and migrated all libraries from the local device to the vault and am working in a vault project with default content center libraries.

I am unable to select "ok" after setting custom libraries to be " in use" from the configure libraries dialog box as seen attached.

How can I enable this option to set the libraries to "in use"?

Check out your project file (.IPJ format) in Vault.

Otherwise it stays read-only as shown on the top of your window, and you are not allowed to edit.

My project was checked out but it was something different.

I found out what was wrong, my project was set to read only in windows file manager.

I followed the following website instructions to allow full access.
