What is the configuration error you are getting in 2017?
I would start with rebooting then going to the 2017 media or extract install location and manually running the ...\Setup\x64\LWS\AutodeskDesktopConnect.msi and ...\Setup\x64\LWS\AutodeskInventorConnectPlugin.msi.

Thanks,

I tried all of the suggestions an nothing worked. I uninstalled 2017 and reinstalled and now it is workking again. I tried the same thing with 2016 and it is still not working
Connect Design in Inventor 2016 is not visible by default.
You will need to turn it on:
Please try the above and let us know if this resolves your issue.
Thank you.
It's not there to turn on. You can see that i have it installed in the Add-In Manager. The other odd thing is that when I go to add-ins Connected Design on A360 is alway hidden. I have to unhide it. Something is not working correctly here. We have several other computer in our office with the same software on them and it's working on those machines. i also have a Suface Book with Inventor 2016 installed and it works on there too.
Thanks Danny, this worked.
