Composite to Solid

I know that this subject has been solved in many cases but I still cannot seem to solve the procedures in order to create a solid body from a composite. I have included a file so that someone may be able to give me a guide through the actions.

Search for information on Construction or Repair Environments.

There were some poorly matched surface boundaries.

Increasing the Stitch Tolerances allows the formation of a Solid Body (see Attached).

Activate Construction Environment in Application Options.

Right click Copy to Construction.

Delete original.

Enter Construction Environment.

Run Quality Check.

Stitch with increased Tolerance.

Run Quality Check again.

Copy Object back to the Modeling Environment.
