Complex Loft - Sheet flat pattern.

I am trying to get a loft and sheet flat pattern for this keel part. (Shape can be tweaked a little), but main form must stay the same.

I have been scratching my head for over the month. Then I remembered this forum. Maybe someone can help me with this task? I can make the surface, but not the Sheet Metal Loft. (File attached, Iventor 2020).

There is no way to get a sheet metal flat pattern of this shape in Inventor.  Inventor flat patterns require cylindrical/conical bends and carefully constructed helical bends.

You may get reasonably good results using the Unwrap tool, though.  It does not make any compensation for material stretch/compression, but it's better than nothing.

Thank You @SBix26 , I think you might have there a solution/answer. I was doing exactly the same thing with Solidworks. Since SW can do Loft with Splines, it is no problem in getting a sheet with a flat pattern. Different story with Inventor, since as you mentioned, it can't loft splines.

I used Unwrap feature before as well, since this was the only solution in this case. Powerful tool. Sad that no way to turn it to the solid sheet metal. Maybe sometime in the future...
