Checkout with Inventor after Windows update

Hallo everybody,
I have a problem with my Inventor since yesterday. I can not checkout any part with Inventor. I must open the Vault at first than I search the parts that I want to work. It is very laborius. But Checkin works with Inventor.
I work with Inventor 2019, Vault Workgroup 2019 and the Operating System is Windows Professional 7 (ServicePack1)
I think it could be a context with Windows. Because I made a update yesterday morning. But I can't see it in the update register.
I would be very happy if anyone could give me a plausible explanation for that.
