Changing Text Styles Problem!!!!!!

Folks

I am in the middle of changing our styles in our library. I have just taken a copy of our old styles and edited them to suit. BUT, I am having a bit of trouble.

I have created a bunch of new text styles that I want to imply and I started by going into the view preferences to replace the old text style with a new text style. This is where I run into trouble.

I choose my view that I would like to edit from the drop down menu (section, Base, Detail etc), then I click on the pencil button (circled in blue on the attachment on this post). Now when the next screen comes up, I want to change the Style but the drop down menu which allows me to do this, is grey'd out (as shown circled in red on the attachment to this post).

How on earth do I get this drop down menu to become editable (not grey) so i can choose another text style?????

You can't change it there.  Go to the object defaults in your styles library and look at view.scale label and change the object style there.
