Changing measurement between two lines

I was wondering if someone can help me out.   I am extremely new to Inventor however I have played around in Solidworks before.  Is it possible and if so how would I choose two lines and change the distance between them?

Hi,

Are you talking about 2D sketch environment? if so, you can add a dimension and change the dimension value.
