Changing base component won't affect derived part

Dear Mates,

I'm working on a multi-body sheet metal product. It has 18 bodies already and I created a 19th. I did that I did always: Make Components, select it and insert into a new assembly. Everything is ok with the "original" 18 bodies, but this one does not update when I change the base. The update arrow doesn't show up yellow, it seems like the link has been broken, but it's not.

I can't attach the base due to copyright but I hope someone had the same problem and it had been solved. I attached an image of the part, it's not complicated. For example, if I change the distance between the two smaller holes on the base component, the part doesn't follow. If I change the large hole's diameter, it follows. Very weird.

What  am I missing? I'm using Inventor 2019, all updates are applied.

Thank you,

Hi! If I understood the issue correctly, we do have a few users reporting geometry specific behavior like this. We are working on a fix. Please send me the example directly (johnson.shiue@autodesk.com). I want to make sure the fix works for your files.

Many thanks!
