Change External Rules Standard Directories

If I  want to add folders under Standard directories, under external rules, how would I go about about that?

I'm guessing it's project file maybe?

I want to add some standard folders that are linked to a folder in Vault, where the codes the would be placed

on the tab tools, expand the options panel, and select the "Ilogic configuration" to add new directories. you can map a folder from your vault workspace.
