Hi
Yes. Add new view, set the section view and lock the view in the browser.

Did you mean to lock the new section view to the existed projected-view? How do i do that?
Thanks

I don't think this is possible without programming, and I'm not at all sure that it is possible even then.
If I'm reading correctly, you have a drawing with a base view and a view projected from that base view, probably with dimensions and other annotations? Now you would like to replace that projected view with an exactly equivalent section view so that you can see internal components, while retaining dimensions?
One way to work around this is to create a Break Out view of the projected view. That won't provide the section annotation on the base view, but you can either fake that by sketching, or actually create a section view that you place off the page. In the image below, the top pair is a Base view with Projected view and a Break Out of the Projected view; the lower pair is a normal Section view through the middle of the part. The sketch for the Break Out view is simply a rectangle that encompasses the entire view.
Does that help?

Thanks, That s exactly what i had in mind.
My plan was to redefine the existed view to a partial section or half section to show the little details that was introduced after the views was made and then create a detail view of the details. I came to the same conclusion as you shown.
I did make a new section view to show the little detail i wanted to show, then using "Crop" to show the details.
