Is there a way to change the 3D annotation dimensions to Feet & Inches?

Thanks in advance.

Hi

Yes, I think it can be done, but it's not intuitive.
Create a drawing file, go to S&SE and check which 3D annotation styles are set to imperial units.
Then change the annotation style in the model file (document settings).
Alternatively, you can change and save all styles, but remember the library settings in the project.

This seems like a weird place to hold it, but it is actually in the drawing Styles and standards.

Here is a older video I found to show you:

User is editing the style, then saving and making sure to save to the style library. Next, shows how you can open an older part and use the  "update" option to update the local style from the style library. Any new documents created will have the correct style.

Hope that helps.

Thanks to both of you for the info.  It is just amazing, sometimes, how convoluted and dumb things are to do and adjust in Inventor.
