Chain and sprocket in assembly

I am designing a machine assembly, where I am using chain and sprocket. The chain is fixed at both ends and is on a stationary member. The sprocket is mounted on the moving member, which moves up and down.

How do I constraint the above assembly?

Assign Parameter names to the vertical lengths of the chain and Drive or Animate Parameter.
