Categorize Substitute part since Inventor 2022

Hi, Before version 2022 it was possible to automatically categorize substitute using the "classification" property. It no longer seems possible. Do you have an idea or a workaround?

The goal is to automatically categorize the substitutes in order to assign them a specific lifecycle whose 'In progress' state is a validated state by default.
The purpose of this is to be able to validate assembly while the substitutes are still 'in progress'

Hi! I believe you have escalated this issue to Vault team already. The project teams have been reviewing it but so far it does look like a change in behavior. We don't have a good solution yet. If we have identified a solution, we will let you know.

Many thanks!

Hi! The request has been reported as two user stories INVGEN-66184 and INVGEN-66186. The latest status shows it will be implemented on an internal build targeting the future release, not the current releases.

Many thanks!
