Cant add icon to quick access toolbar

I tried adding the document setting icon to the quick access toolbar but it is greyed out. Why?
I am using Inventor 2022.

Check if the tool you are adding  already exists in the quick access bar or Customize Quick Access Toolbar list.

Yes that was my problem and I didn't see the icon
