Cant add icon to quick access toolbar

I tried adding the document setting icon to the quick access toolbar but it is greyed out. Why?
I am using Inventor 2022.

@AnthonyHarris90842 , I can see the behavior the same with yours as I have added the document setting command to the quick access toolbar. Could you also check whether you have added it?

I suppose document setting is the same behavior here. So could you please recheck whether you have added document setting command to quick access toolbar? If true, I suppose it is correct that "Add to quick access toolbar" command is disabled.

Document settings is already there.
