Cannot Shell Part

Hi,

I can't seem to shell this part, I get a variety of errors.

I have never had this problem before, any help is appreciated.

Extrusion 17 does not join with the Radius in a clean matter:

 It would be best to change the sketch but the Delete face command can fix this aswell...

Are the lugs supposed to be a linear extrusion, or are they to be radial? I had did a revolve instead of an extrude of say 3 degrees bi-directional, then re-established the fillets 8, 9, 10, added the new revolve to the circular pattern and it seemed to shell with a default of 1mm.

I don't know design intent, but just a thought.

Hi! Another way to resolve this issue is to create the Shell earlier. Depending on design requirement, sometimes certain detail features don't need to be hollowed. And, the model can become stronger as a result.

In this case, simply move EOP right above the Loft1 -> create the shell and move EOP to the bottom. What is the required thickness?
