Cannot create flat pattern

Hi,

I have this component that cannot be unfolded. I don't understand where it went wrong..

Corner1 and Corner4 are your issues. The radius was too big. Switching to 4 mm solved it. Also note how your Cut6 is sick. You should add these types of features at the very end of your part so you don't reference features that you could end up changing.

One more question? How did you edit the radius from 6mm to 4mm?

Right click the corner round in the feature tree and select edit feature.
