Cannot connect to the license server system

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to use generate my license server configuration but but when i try reread on LMTOOLS i get an error saying that

adskflex: Cannot connect to license server system.

I'm posting the screenshot of the error and attaching the license log file

Can anyone help me?, i already tryed with searching on the flexera softaware site and i failed.
