Can't tell why create flat pattern isn't working

I can't use flat pattern on this part of a switch i'm making because I apparently overrode a sheet metal rule.

I've already tried to fix the error by: stop using thickness from rule, setting bend radius to bendradius and deleting bends.

Also the thickness should be uniform because the part was created with the face command.

Any help is appreciated.

hi @ccastroq

try edit the Face feature and set Output > SM Rule to the Default (Default_mm)

secondly, there is something wrong with Fold4.

That was it, what did changing to Default (Default_mm) do?

Also thank you for your very quick response.

it's basically saying that the SM rule used for the first feature is not the same with the rule set in Sheet Metal Defaults.

it seems like Default (Default_mm) = Default_mm in Sheet Metal Defaults. but why Default_mm is there and what's the difference with Default (Default_mm), im not sure......
