Can't shell or thicken

I've made something that I want to shell, but it just cant. Then I tried to delete face and thicken, it does not work neither. Any help would help.

I think the problem is the fillets are too small to allow thickening - some of them will disappear because of the difference. Inventor doesn't like that. You'll have to move the end of part marker above the fillets and add the shell at that point.

Hi! I think the Shell may work better if it is done before the Fillets in this case. Try moving EOP right above Fillet1 and create the Shell (removing some faces). Next, move EOP to the bottom. Does it work better then?
