Can't install Inventor 2019 update 4.3 in windows 10

Hi, I have windows 10 pro 64 bit version 1809, and I have installed Inventor 2019 update 4. Then I continue to install Inventor 2019 update 4.3, hoping to solve an issue with tube and pipe creation. But the following error happens. what should I do?

Installation issues need to be posted in the installation and licensing forum.

 

Are you doing this through the desktop app or did you directly download the update through your Autodesk Account/product updates.

 

Can you share a screen shot of your Inventor Help/About screen?

Hi Limin,

 

Did you reboot the machine and retry? It is hard to tell where the problem is based on the error message. It could be that 2019.4 update was not installed properly. You could try uninstalling 2019.4 update. Then reinstall 2019.4 update followed by 2019.4.3 update.

Hi, Mark, I downloaded the update from my Autodesk Account/product updates. See attached for screen shot of Inventor About, Nothing abnormal. To Johnson Shiue, I do a couple times as you recommended. Nothing changes.

Hi Limin,

 

One more thing to try. Google "Microsoft FixIt" and you will find a link to a Microsoft tool to help uninstall. Try uninstall all 2019 updates.  Then install 2019.4 update followed by 2019.4.3 update.

Something in Installation and Licensing forum solves my Error 1723 problem. Looks like it is a windows security setup problem. I also use the second method to fix it as that link mentioned.

Thanks for the detailed information shared about the installation of Inventor 2019 in windows 10.I have another query to clarify that I have a acer laptop of windows 10 version.I have installed office 365 in my laptop ,but I can't find the office application after installing.I have checked throughout regarding office.com sign in.Educate us what to do next?
