Can't flatten sheet metal part

Hello, can somebody please explain to me why I can't flatten sheet metal part "Part combined"?

When I do the features individually I can make a flat pattern, see "Part flange" and "Part roll". But when I combine those features in one part "Part combined" it doesn't work...

If this is a limitation of Inventor, can someone tell me if it does work in Inventor 2025?

I'm using Inventor 2021.

Thank you for the video, that confirms it does work in Inventor 2025. We plan to update to version 2025 within two months, so for now I will use a simple alternative.

First try flattening the collars by hand using Unfold (not Unwrap)

That also doesn't work unfortunately. Inventor 2021 doesn't recognize it as a bend, but as a roll, because of that it can't be flatten.
