Can't find factory asset pallet

Someone once showed me that I can add two pallets to my workspace, one was factory assets I think. I remember there were conveyors and racks and stairs that I could insert into my drawing, but I can't find where they are and I would rather not spend a couple hours drawing a detailed staircase when I know one already exists! Please help!

As far as I can tell you are not in Factory mode in Inventor.  You have to start a new layout to see the factory asset browser pane.

If you are in Factory mode they should turn on automatically.  If not then go to the View Tab --> User Interface flyout.  They would be in there.

Or you can look for you required asset starting here: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Factory Design Suite 2017\FactoryLibrary
